New practice series Jan 5th ~ Flow into 2024

Every time we enter a New Year, we welcome a new beginning, and each morning offers us the opportunity to return to our center- to ground, to breath, to move & to set the alignment  

of our day. 

Let's begin 2024 with a small mini retreat via zoom. We will come together for 6 mornings for a 30 min practice. Also one 90 min practice "Flow to Rest"

Sun 1/7 ~10am Flow to Rest - 90 min 

Mon ~Fri 1/8- 1/12 ~ 8am - 30 min
