SOL LUNA YOGA is a friendly, non-competitive studio. We believe in creating Body Wisdom by assisting the practitioner in "listening" to their inner guide. We strive to help you enhance your growth both spiritually and physically.
We have been in business for over 21 years and all of our teachers are Yoga Alliance Certified. We are located in the lovely seashore town of Stone Harbor, New Jersey. Stone Harbor is one of the most desirable areas of the New Jersey Shore. It has beautiful beaches, abundant shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. It is located just 20 minutes from Cape May Point and the Cape May National Wildlife area.
